Peter Schober

My name is Peter Schober. I am an entrepreneur and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience in leadership and general management roles.

My career began in technology and product development and later led me through strategy, business development, international scaling, and entrepreneurial responsibility. I have built, restructured, and developed organizations in both corporate and mid-sized business environments.

What has shaped me most is the belief that responsibility matters more than titles. Good leadership, to me, means creating clarity, taking people seriously, and building structures that can function without constant control.
