Pavlína Olšáková

I am a Product Manager with 20 years of professional experience across technology, education, startups, and non-profit environments. Currently, I work in a scale-up startup, where I focus on bringing clear product strategy and user-centered thinking into everyday decision-making.

My background combines product management, leadership, and education. I also worked as a secondary school teacher during the period when my children were very young. It was during this time that I realized mentoring is part of my DNA and that I genuinely care about helping others grow and succeed.

I am a strong strategic thinker and an achiever who enjoys turning goals into action, but I am also a wife, a mother, and a woman who values balance, personal growth, and her own hobbies and passions.
