I have experience with managing global teams on high budget project / program / portfolio level with direct or indirect revenue. My favorite approach is to find additional value for all stakeholders so they all see benefits on what we are doing, but also be realistic and ready to say "no" if it is needed. Skills and experience development is in this role never-ending task, but I would like to also share my experience with people who are interested and would like to develop further (development per example is important and I can help to avoid mistakes I have already done in my career). And when I don't do stuff around project management, I like cars, BBQing, skiing.
