Olga Mukhina

Olga is a Leadership consultant and Team Coach with 20 years of consulting experience. She works with multinational companies across all sectors supporting leaders, helping individuals and teams to bridge business imperative with human elements and building high-performing culture. She also facilitates multicultural teams in creating conditions for DEI in organizations.
Olga's previous background is in HR (McKinsey & Co,, investment banking), where she worked on regional and global positions (recruiting, talent potential, people development).
Olga holds numerous professional qualifications and accreditations.
Olga was born in the USSR, brought up in Russia, lived in UK, studied in France, delivered programs across Europe, in Turkey, Central Asia, ME and Africa. Since 2017 she has been living in Slovenia (Ljubljana). Olga works in English and Russian languages and speaks Slovene, French, and Italian.
