Odessa Primus is a behavioural communication specialist, mentor, and CEO & Co-Founder of GARI Enterprise, a deep-tech company using AI simulations to help companies navigate global risk, markets, and supply chains. With over a decade of international experience, she combines neuroscience, body language, and strategic interaction to help people build confidence, authority, and clarity in how they present and communicate. Odessa mentors individuals and delivers workshops on networking, leadership, public speaking, persuasion, and high-pressure communication. Her behavioural focus includes reading interpersonal dynamics, managing real-time anxiety, nonverbal signals, and cultivating presence. She also advises on profiling, deception, and law enforcement communication. A member of NCI University of Neuro-Cognitive Intelligence, she is also the founder of the Next 100 Symposium and ReDefine programme.
