Neha Agrawal

A lifelong learner fuelled by ambition and compassion, I have worked globally for over 10 years as a People Operations and Development leader across MNCs and start-ups. I was recognized as a "LinkedIn Top 40 Recruiter" in 2015. I am also a Certified MBTI & STRONG Practitioner and a Self-Awareness advocate and have conducted multiple administrations and workshops. As a result of my professional experiences and personal beliefs, I feel a strong connection with start-ups and people. In fact, I found my life purpose in supporting and guiding people to live their dreams and achieve their goals, and hence also started my own venture, Harmonivity, to pursue my passion.

I currently reside and work in Germany. On a personal front, I am very fond of reading, from literature classics to Biographies and Management books. I occasionally like to pen down poems and ensure I am fitting in my travel goals amidst my ambitious professional goals.
