Natasha Gelshteyn-Kiss is truly an exceptional Managing Director, who has proven her capability in two major international companies (Danone; Coca-Cola), and in multiple countries, each with its own unique challenges. High on her personal management model is strong communication, culture of teamwork and authenticity that results in very high employee satisfaction. Natasha’s earliest management assignment with The Coca-Cola company has been in Orenburg, Russia, where she consistently increased revenue by 30%, translating it to 29 points market share gain. She was rewarded with a promotion to National Account Manager where she catapulted Coke’s market share up to 60%.
In 2003, Danone Russia recruited Natasha to lead the Modem Trade & On-Premise channel where she again demonstrated her ‘Sales DNA,’ increasing the channel contribution to Danone Russia from 35 to 50%.
She was groomed for a senior management position, through assignments of Regional Sales Director, and ultimately Managing Director for Dairy and Plant Based products.
Natasha is a graduate of Bashkir State University, with a major in English and minor in German. At the IMD Business School, she studied ‘High Performance Leadership’ & ‘Strategic Thinking’; at the Harvard Business School, Natasha attended their ‘Women on Boards’ and ‘Disruptive Strategy’ programs. She is an active member of INSEAD ‘Aspiring Directors Program’ and ‘WomenExecs on Boards’.
Natasha now lives in Bucharest, Romania with her husband and 2 kids,
actively learning & reading, playing tennis & exercising regularly as well as cooking.
