Ümit Iyi

Ümit is an experienced leader, leadership coach, and captivating storyteller who has experience across various cultures and industries. He has a sincere and empathetic communication style and a holistic approach to leadership which offers unique perspectives and opportunities for development.

Ümit comes from a multicultural background (German/Turkish) and has spent most of his life across Türkiye, the US, the UK, and Germany. For 16 years, Ümit held professional positions at Citigroup, Deloitte, Actera, and most recently Rolls-Royce. He started his career in management consulting followed by investment banking and private equity in London, Chicago, and Istanbul before moving into senior leadership roles in industry where he managed growing organizations and led transformation processes.

Currently, Ümit is active as a speaker, trainer, mentor and professional coach in the field of leadership, focusing on helping individuals and organization unlock their full leadership potential.
