Martina Zoller

With over 10 years of experience in People Operations across CE, Australia and New Zealand, I bring structure, clarity, and a strong human touch to everything I do. I’m currently Head of People at GLAMI and People Business Partner at BIANO, where I work hands-on with leaders and teams to make HR a true strategic partner to the business.

I’m naturally curious, collaborative and passionate about building meaningful employee experiences that actually work in real life - from strategy to day-to-day moments. Mentoring is a big part of what I enjoy and I’m currently finishing my coach training at QED, with certification planned for 03/2026.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me admiring brutalist architecture, enjoying spinning classes, hiking in nature, reading way too many books, or (very recently) getting my hands dirty with gardening!
