Dear Mentee,

My name is Markéta and I currently work as a Project Manager and CRM Product Manager in the Sales Excellence department of a large Czech company.
I have been working in the field of IT throughout my professional career, which means more than 15 years now.

Besides my career, I also have personal experience with a harmful relationship, financial struggles, single parenthood, and losing sight of my identity.
When I went through these experiences, I was able to rebuild my personality and my entire life.
Now, I am in a position where I can deeply and empathetically understand the circumstances of others' lives, without any prejudice.
From this perspective, I aim to not only mentor you in your professional career but also guide you in improving your overall quality of life.

To keep a balance between yin and yang in my life, I also lead women's circles and occasionally organize individual and group courses focused on finding work-life balance, discovering and living your own life, bringing creativity and lightness to every day or getting rid of what overwhelms us.
