I love what I do :) I am a life coach and since 1/2022 I am also a top management member as Head of People Operations at a digital health start-up company Vitadio with an amazing mobile app that helps chronically ill people to live better lives. My main mission together with my team here is to build a strategic People department from ZERO with the goal of healthy company culture and smooth processes. I love it here as I have the freedom to implement all my HR dreams without any corporate boundaries and with open-minded colleagues.

Besides this, I have 9y experience in HR in a corporate environment such as people-centric IKEA or the dutch logistic company Euro Pool System.
