For over a decade, I've been a full-stack developer, tackling everything from distributed cloud infrastructure and backend services to the user interface and mobile apps.

Later, I went through the whole pipeline from team leadership, building the new product teams up to the current management of an engineering department with 6 product teams built across engineering, product, and design.
