Marek Pohlodek

I’m currently a Product Manager at Ventrata, with around 10 years of experience in tech startups. I started in Customer Support, spent time as a team manager, and later moved into Product Management, so I’ve worked closely with customers, teams, C-lvl stakeholders, and engineers across different roles.

I’ve worked on products like GoPuls, Smartlook, FaceUp, and XTND, mostly in remote-first environments. Remote work is something I genuinely enjoy and have a lot of hands-on experience with, from async communication to building trust and alignment without being in the same room.

I’m happy to mentor people who are early in their product or tech journey, whether you’re thinking about moving into product, starting your first PM role, or just want to talk through challenges you’re facing. I aim for practical, honest conversations rather than theory.
