Marco Ferra is a senior technology transformation leader with 18+ years of experience driving digital change and continuous improvement across broadcast & media, biopharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace industries.
Marco is a regular speaker at international events and recently spoke at Flowtopia Live 2026 and Project Management Day 2026, hosted by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. His work centres on programme management, agile delivery, Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping and stakeholder management.
He holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is a certified SAFe 6 Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified professional trainer.
