Lucie Ptáková

I have extensive experience in HR business partnering (stakeholder management, change projects, partnering with top management) and in my current role, I stand at the intersection of HR and IT, where my main job is to help others change their perspective on established routines and dare to do things differently, and I am responsible for delivering these changes.
Visible projects include, for example, HR paperless (digital employment documents) or digital preboarding. I often deal with complicated projects and areas because I like tackling the 'unsolvable.' I'm increasingly enjoying contributing to HR strategy and being a driver of new opportunities. Additionally, I enjoy sharing insights on topics like negotiation, facilitation, and coaching.
But what I consider my most valuable acheivements are my relationships with my two daughters (12 and 13) and my husband.
