Lucia Mile

During my Master’s studies in International Business, I have commenced my involvement in AIESEC Denmark, helping young people from all over the world to experience cross-cultural exchanges, with the main objective of developing youth leadership skills.

My passion & desire in exploring different cultures/countries brought me to the Philippines where I had a first grasp of Business development, developing partnerships for a local start-up within the fast-paced environment of E-commerce logistics.

After my studies, I took the opportunity to build from scratch a business unit in Czechia under international consulting firm Amaris, being directly responsible for the Recruitment (sourcing, interviews, hiring, contract negotiation), Business Development (Account Strategy, Cold-calling, contract negotiation/deal closing, Client relationship management) and Management (People, Finance).

Following my experience, I’m happy to offer advice in overall career development, various aspects of Business Development, Recruitment (including ITW preparation, CV creation), People Management and other topics related to my scope :)
