Laura Cristaldi

I am the Head of Strategy & Operations for EU markets at N26. I was born and raised in Rome. Spent 12 years in Milan before moving to Berlin.
I spent several years in Consulting where I became passionate about Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy.

After many years working for traditional banking clients, I moved to Berlin to join N26 to make banking simple, transparent and flexible. I have been leading multiple cross-functional large projects for the italian branch.

I have two passions: ballet and travelling. I've visited about 50 to the count. I love skiing and I started kite-surfing last year. When in Berlin you can find me at BEAT81 classes, in live music vanues or discovering new food spots around the city with my friends.
