Larissa Ledig-Lanz is an experienced People & Culture leader with a passion for shaping the future of work. Currently serving as Director of People & Culture at ACCURE Battery Intelligence GmbH, she has played a key role in scaling the company from 22 to 75 employees in under a year and building a fully remote, transparent, and self-organized culture. With a strong background in international HR strategy, employer branding, and organizational development, Larissa brings over a decade of experience across startups, scaleups, and consultancy work. She holds a Master’s degree in Cross-Cultural Communication and International Management from Newcastle University and thrives in agile, people-first environments. She is passionate about helping others, her family and dogs and enjoys cycling and hiking.
