Kristýna Truksová

In her capacity as the Chief of Strategy & Property at WorkLounge, Kristyna spearheads the development and implementation of the company's vision, mission, and objectives within the co-working and flexible office space sector. Her professional journey encompasses significant leadership and managerial roles across various organisations. Notably, during her tenure at Calzedonia, she effectively managed a portfolio comprising up to 15 stores, showcasing her adeptness in overseeing operational and financial aspects. Furthermore, Kristyna brings over five years of experience in the strategic management and expansion of the Prague and Munich portfolio at WeWork. In this role, she demonstrated proficiency in handling diverse responsibilities, including business operations, revenue performance, client relationships, and team leadership and she rolled out multiple projects over the whole territory.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Kristyna has ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing two businesses. She successfully sold a travel agency at the age of 20 and currently owns an event and catering company.
