I help leaders design effective teams and create clarity around roles, responsibilities, ownership, and decision-making. My focus is on translating strategy, change initiatives, and growth plans into concrete work structures that enable teams to perform and scale.
I support leaders in designing roles and teams, defining accountability, preparing hiring requirements, and standardizing work during periods of growth, transformation, or automation.
Alongside organizational design, I help leaders strengthen their leadership capabilities, including setting expectations, making decisions in uncertainty, navigating difficult situations, and leading through change. My approach combines mentoring, coaching, and practical development based on real business challenges. I also use Gallup CliftonStrengths to support leadership and personal growth.
