I am an experienced HR leader with over 15 years professional history from HR and company management mainly in automotive production industry. I enjoy working in teams that I am capable to establish and motivate for their own and company profit. I am used to succesfully work in highly competetive environment. One of my abilities is to bring processes and system where missing. I am quite creative person too and I like to build new solutions to get higher engagement from my colleagues to achieve targets together and enjoy common success. I believe in constant self-education not only in HR area, but also all the connected disciplines like coaching/mentoring where I got my diploma and passion in Neuroleadership brain based coaching.
