Since 2015 I am working in Recruitment and I still didn't get crazy, still love it :D

I began my journey as a Recruiter, recruiting various roles with focus mainly on IT/Engineering. I worked in big corporations as well as smaller companies and I found myself being most happy in mid-size scale-up's.

I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading a team of 5 Recruiters (2 RPO, 3 on-site) and 3 Talent Sourcers. Despite recruitment I am passionate about employer branding, which very often overlaps :) In Wrike I am also part of the WoW (Women of Wrike) community where I run a global internal mentoring program for women.
