I'm Krista, a certified coach specializing in helping Highly Sensitive People move from stuck & second-guessing to values alignment.

I spent 10+ years as a Creative Director at global Fortune 500 companies, leading teams of 50+ across the US and Europe. From the outside it looked like success. On the inside I was burned out and running on empty.

Learning I was an HSP changed everything. Now I help other Highly Sensitive People understand their wiring, regulate their nervous systems, build values-based boundaries, and design careers and lives that actually fit.

I'm certified by the Designing Your Life Institute, IFS-informed, and trained in polyvagal-based nervous system work. I'm also a co-founder of The Shift, a culture change agency focused on women's workplace advancement.
