With extensive experience in change management, agile methodologies, and leadership across industries like banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing, I bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to mentorship.

I’ve mentored entrepreneurs, project managers, young women, and agile coaches, drawing from my own journey shaped by amazing mentors. Now, I’m committed to paying it forward by helping others achieve their goals.

Currently, I lead change management for large-scale transformations, including SAP implementations, and co-lead my company’s Women’s International Network, promoting equity and inclusion. Outside work, I’m energized by traveling, volunteering, and creative hobbies like crocheting and cooking.
