Katharine Jackson

Katharine has over 30 years experience in publishing and education. Most recently she was CEO of an early stage Edtech, providing an online learning platform which she developed in order to improve outcomes in UK higher education. She was CFO/COO of the global academic publisher Sage for 18 years, leading the business through a period of significant growth, digital transformation and international expansion. She has significant M&A experience both on the advisory side from her early career at PWC and having negotiated and integrated multiple acquisitions throughout her career. She has sat on the boards of several start up, hi tech entrepreneurial businesses, advising them to the point of successful sale. Katharine is passionate about sharing her experience, and supporting others to develop their careers.
