Katharina Keller

I'm the Managing Director of a human performance consulting company in Cologne where I merge business with learning & development skills. Coming from a business and international studies background, I started my career in Marketing at a big corporate, before joining a Learning & Development Consultancy to become a passionate Coach, Leadership Development expert and Facilitator. In a period of working as a freelancer, I've moved to Berlin and then started building the L&D landscape at a tech scale-up.
What drives me is a high interest in how people think, feel and decide and supporting individuals, teams and organizations in reaching their goals. Outside of work, you'll find me running, on my yoga mat, playing tennis or hanging out with my friends when I'm not traveling. As an extravert, I'm always curious to meet new people, so happy to meet you!
