Karolína Tomašovič

Karolína is based in Brno and works as a Head of Legal, CEE in an international corporation, managing legal affairs and compliance issues across 16 countries in the CEE region. She has passed the Czech bar exam but chose to continue in in-house counsel roles. She has climbed the corporate ladder from legal back office to international company management and is passionate about helping other women do the same. She has studied and worked in the USA and the Netherlands, and having to travel within her region, she enjoys the challenges of international career, well aware of all the pros and cons. She would love to help other women that want to succeed in corporates, navigating their journey, step by step, in (still very often) male dominated enviroments, imposter syndrome included:-). She is an avid reader and golfer.
