Juliana is the CEO & Founder of Prime Agency M&M, a Boutique Marketing Agency in Berlin. She pursued her career in marketing & business management.

With years of experience and a successful career in communications, she founded the Prime Agency with the purpose of offering a Customised & Exclusive service.

Juliana is an entrepreneur, and business strategist passionate about female leadership. She is currently building a community for women in business, as her role at Prime Agency she has created a Special Program mentorship in --*personal brand strategy* dedicated to female entrepreneurs to support women to develop their businesses and build a successful personal brand image.

With an international background and life experience abroad, Juliana speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, and a bit of Deutsch.

Juliana spends her free time out in nature, she also plays tennis, fence, and dancing the classical ballet.
