Juliana Viana

Juliana is the CEO and Founder of Prime Agency Media Group, a media agency based in Berlin and London. She has built her career in marketing and business management.

With years of experience and a successful career in communications, she founded Prime Agency with the aim of driving media innovation.

Juliana is an entrepreneur and business strategist with a strong passion for female leadership. She is currently building a community for women in business and, through her role at Prime Agency, has created a specialised mentorship programme in personal brand strategy, designed to support female entrepreneurs in developing their businesses and building a strong personal brand.

With an international background and experience living abroad, Juliana speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, as well as some German.

In her free time, Juliana enjoys spending time in nature. She also plays tennis, practises fencing, and has an appreciation for classical music, Jazz and ballet.
