Josi Dumont

Josi Dumont is a former Senior Finance Professional who worked for Roche Products Ltd in Switzerland, Finland, and the UK. She played a key role in reshaping the future of R&D Finance as a Subject Matter Expert in agile sprint teams and reorganisations. She led international projects and teams to simplify the system landscape and was a mentor to other aspiring leaders, around topics of mindset and mindfulness.

After experiencing burnout, Josi decided to realign her career with her values and purpose. So she got certified with the Co-Active Training Institute Coach. She also is fully accredited by the ICF as ACC.

Josi’s personal mission is to help people build a life in alignment with their purpose and to step into their fully-authentic leadership. In her work, she combines her lifelong learning about the power of our mind with research-based tools and skills to support her clients to build a new mindset based on self-trust, resilience, and authenticity.
