Jennifer Mcwilliams

Telecommunications has been my home for the past twenty years, having worked for several large Canadian organizations in many roles, from marketing, sales, planning, strategy and government relations. I have also taken a few side roads, including hospitality retail and e-commerce.

I decided to augment my work experience in my thirties by completing an MBA in Executive Management. This journey helped shape a new outlook on life and how I tackle business problems.

I am a lifelong learner, and my current chapter is in the data analytics program at McGill to understand AI, Big Data and lead data teams and projects.

I am looking to listen and share some of my experiences within the mentoring program to help facilitate the generation of women's success in the workforce.
