Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, I have spent over ten years in various finance functions with Microsoft. Started in local finance management roles in Prague, then promoted to a CEE HQ role, with responsibility for more than 25 countries and over 1B$ revenue, coordinating activities among Microsoft subsidiaries and HQ in USA. Previously, I led the internal audit department at Telefónica O2 and worked as a consultant at PwC. I started my career as a project manager for Ford Motor Company.
