I currently work as a Sourcing Lead at GEP Worldwide based in Prague. I specialize in sourcing technical goods and services, CAPEX procurement, and building long-term supplier relationships.
Prior to joining GEP Worldwide, I spent nearly 12 years at OTTO GmbH & Co KG in Hamburg, where I gained extensive experience in sourcing finished goods for a large international online shop. My background includes category management, premium furniture & brand strategy, assortment development, marketing strategy, and OKR-driven performance management.
In addition, I am an active mentor at MentorMe, a program similar to Femme Palette, supporting German-speaking women. With over two years of mentoring and leadership experience, I am happy to support you on your career path.
