Jana Šrámková

I've spent most of my career leading teams through change and expansion – from launching operations for Foodpanda in the Philippines to growing teams in Poland, Spain and Hungary for Storyous and later Teya, a fin tech, where I also led Czech and Slovak operations. Today, I’m a partner at Behavera, helping companies improve engagement and team culture through data.

I joined this platform because I know how much it can help to talk to someone when you’ve taken on something big and start second-guessing yourself. I've been there – navigating fast-paced change, big responsibilities, and moments of doubt – and I’ve learned how grounding some good guidance can be.

On a personal note, I’m drawn to challenges – whether it’s climbing a mountain in Uganda or signing up for something I’m not sure I’m ready for – like an ultra marathon. Basically to push me out of my comfort zone. I believe growth comes from showing up with curiosity, not perfection.
