Jana Jandova

My mission is to help people reach their goals and full potential with ease and happiness. I’m a professional accredited EMCC Coach and Mentor (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Using my 10+years HR experience in different fields and sectors from international corporations to start-ups and local NGOs, I can better understand various company cultures as well as the needs of my clients, managers and their teams.

My main focus is people development, leadership, communication skills, well-being and mindfulness. As a People Care Manager in Teach live I was responsible for individual, team and leadership development, company culture and talent management.

In addition to that, I organise the biggest European Happiness@Work conference, facilitate #IamRemarkable workshops by Google and cooperate with Czech mindfulness institute on various projects.
