Jana Drlíková

For 8 years, I have been promoting evidence-based policy in the Czech Republic. For most of the time as a head of the evaluation unit at the Ministry for Regional Development. My role encompassed e.g. building and leading a team, advocacy, finding new ways for dissemination of findings, analytical work. For 3 years, I was also elected as a president of the Czech Evaluation Society. Besides my job, I started my coaching training and practice, sharing my experience with other women. Supporting them in finding their voice, confidence and authenticity.
