My superpower is balancing a full-time job while being a mom to two young children - a boy and a girl. My proudest professional achievement is persuading my husband to follow my career and move abroad with me, resetting his own career and starting from scratch.

I mentor on work-life balance, dual-career couples navigating a move abroad, and returning to work after maternity leave. I've also personally navigated difficult workplace dynamics - including mobbing and being placed on a Performance Improvement Plan - and offer practical, grounded support: how to document what's happening, when to involve HR or a works council, how to protect yourself legally, and how to decide, clear-eyed, whether to fight for the role or move on.
