I love communication in all its forms, but I prefer face-to-face interactions. Professionally, I work with communication strategies and understand the vital connection between internal communication and a company's public image. I have developed numerous communication strategies based on this bond. I'm proud of the positive changes I've helped bring about while creating internal and external communication plans for Seznam.cz. I carefully choose the clients I work with and love being part of building the #HeurekaDevs brand in the Czech Tech community or helping with B2B communications at CNC, for BizMachine, Fameplay or Stage on Mars. I'm proud to apply my systemic and communication strategy knowledge while consulting for Ackee, WeDigital or Digital Ants, and the list goes on.

I make it a priority to stay up-to-date with the latest communication methods to be an effective communications professional in today's world.

I am the host of the #PeopleOps podcast that focuses on examining the connection between communications and HR in tech companies. Through this project, I aim to introduce and familiarize people with the Czech Tech scene so that individuals can learn to communicate and work with others in the industry purposefully and achieve desired results.
