After experiencing burnout as a team lead in the corporate world, I found myself navigating not only a major career shift but also the challenges of life as an expat and person of color in Germany. Along the way, being part of the LGBTQ+ community added another layer to my journey of rebuilding clarity, confidence, and belonging.

In this process, I was fortunate to be supported by mentors who helped me reconnect with my well-being and purpose. Inspired by their impact, I became a certified business and transformation coach and co-founder of SudsKompass, a platform supporting personal and professional growth through coaching and community. Today, I help others move through transitions, reclaim their voice, and lead with intention—especially those navigating systemic, cultural, or identity-based challenges.
