As a mentor, I emphasize active listening, goal-setting, and offering holistic, personalized support. I’m eager to partner with mentees who are ready to take the next step in their journey and explore new opportunities together.

I am currently working toward the EIA qualification as a Coach/Mentor through study and practice. This milestone will allow me to complete my genuine dedication to mentoring with the best practices.
