I have built teams from scratch, delivered multiple technology solutions to clients leveraging Onshore-Offshore Model with strongly tracked project planning. Worked and managed teams with complete Software Development Life cycle experience with a commitment to quality processes. In-depth exposure to Agile methodology (Scrum), Waterfall and Iterative & Incremental development process. Efficiently managed the internal and external stakeholder collaboration
