Eva Weberová

With 25 years in development, my journey began in regional development studies, followed by 14 years leading international logistics projects and teams for multinational companies.

I recognized how deeply a manager's actions, mindset, and approach impact a team's success, results, and overall satisfaction. I saw firsthand the incredible advantage of having a trusted partner to reflect, strategize, and learn with—a crucial factor in advancing both professional and personal growth.

After a successfull launch of a European logistics project during the first wave of Covid, my heart shifted to focus to helping leaders. As a certified coach, mentor, and trainer, I work with managers who aspire to be true leaders while balancing career, family, and personal well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy family life, skiing, traveling, and supporting my two sons in their football passion.
