I have been involved in development for almost 25 years. My journey started by my university studies, studying regional development, continued by 14 years of leading logistics international projects and teams for multinational companies.

During the years in management, I recognized the huge difference in success, results and satisfaction made by the way managers and leaders manage their teams, projects and themselves. How much influence the behavior, actions and thinking of a manager and leader have on success, results and satisfaction. And last but not least, what an incredible advantage those managers and leaders have who have someone to think about their intentions with, discuss with, plan effectively and learn what they personally need. Thanks to this, they move forward successfully in their careers and personal lives. They become successful and satisfied leaders with a great contribution to society.

After the first wave of Covid when I and my team successfully established the new European logistic project, I nominated my coleague to take over my role. My heart went to helping ambitious managers and leaders to their thriving leadership roles and lives.

I become a professional coach, certified by the International Federation of Coaches, mentor and trainer. Professionally, I see myself as a partner for people in senior management positions who want to be true leaders for their teams and companies and at the same time want to have more time and energy for their families and for themselves .

I publish articles, lead webinars, group leadership programs and work with people in leadership positions individually.

I am in love with my family, leadership, development, skiing and travelling. I have 2 sons (8 and 11) who love playing football. I am their big fan and supporter.
