Erwin Feldhaus

I am Erwin, an experienced executive and entrepreneur who actively coaches and advises boards and C-level executives. I am also a Venture Partner at Loyal VC, a global venture capital firm.

I am a values-driven person and find my purpose in creating a positive impact through innovation and a strong emphasis on the individual. My core belief is that building trust among all stakeholders is the key to achieving sustainable results.

My leadership style is contextual, a method that has consistently allowed me to perform exceptionally in dynamic, fast-changing and challenging environments. I excel in building bridges across various sectors, age groups, and cultural backgrounds.

My experience is broad and spans the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. I have immersed myself in various industries including automotive, aerospace, IT, biotech, and chemicals.

Educationally, I hold an MBA in General Management and Entrepreneurship from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and a certificate from ICF accredited Barefoot Coaching in the UK.
