With 9+ years of HR experience and a Master’s in Occupational Psychology, I’ve mentored individuals from early-career professionals to C-level leaders.

I built my career starting in HR ops, growing into generalist roles and People Partnering, and progressing into global People & Culture leadership. Relocating to Germany along the way expanded my international perspective and adaptability. Currently, as Senior Manager - Global Talent and Culture at Delivery Hero, I shape global strategies focused on performance, talent management and engagement.

As a mentor, I am passionate about helping (not only) women develop core leadership skills like empathy, active listening, and self-reflection, while supporting them in taking intentional career steps - increasing visibility, building confidence, or advocating for their own growth.
