Elena grew up in a multicultural environment, showing an early passion for connection by starting English lessons at age 6 to communicate with friends from Australia and Taiwan. With 20 years of experience in international B2B and B2C roles at American and Japanese corporations, she excelled in pricing, forecasting, and market research, from Business Analyst to leading multicultural teams as a Business Intelligence Manager and Commercial Excellence Manager. She has collaborated with 44 nationalities.
Now an ICF-accredited coach, Elena supports mid-senior multinational professionals at career crossroads—whether pursuing a new role, discovering their "superpowers" for promotion, or transitioning professions. Her coaching philosophy focuses on the individual, not the title, combining strengths assessments and positive intelligence techniques.
