Diana Bonczar

I’m a communications professional and a manager. My key focus areas are internal comms, company culture and leadership. It’s essential to see them in a wider company context, so I always have in mind their close relation to business strategy and brand, employer branding, diversity and inclusion as well as CSR.

Since 2007, I've worked in large international companies, mostly in technology and finance sectors, managing their internal or marketing communication. In 2020, I co-founded Inko Club, Czech internal communications community, and opened my individual consultancy in the internal communications area.
