I'm an experienced technology executive who has mentored emerging leaders for the past 20 years, with a focus on mentoring women and people from non-privileged backgrounds.

I build technology teams and help them succeed, through these core management principles:

- Communicate priorities clearly and consistently, empowering people to make decisions themselves
- Encourage risk-taking, expect mistakes to happen, and use them as learning opportunities

I am an American citizen living in London and was a recipient of a UK Tier 1 Exceptional Talent visa.

I have an irrational fondness for musical theatre, penguins, Julie Andrews, and baseball.
