Daria Chaika

Starting my career as a QA engineer, I transitioned to support and implementation engineering, ultimately finding my passion in product and project management, where I've excelled for the past four years. I've worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises like Siemens and Microsoft. Outside of work, I teach Latin dances and enjoy water sports, skiing, traveling, and continuous self-improvement.

Recently, I began mentoring for Women in Tech, finding joy in sharing knowledge and helping others with professional and personal challenges. I offer guidance in product and project management, career transitions, boosting self-confidence, work-life balance, and leadership skills.
