I am a C-level People & Culture executive with extensive leadership experience across global SaaS and technology environments, as well as a certified coach. Over the years, I have built, scaled, and restructured People functions, helping transform start-ups into thriving scale-ups and guiding corporations through change across diverse organisational models and cultures, always with an eye on improvement and impact.

As the first woman in my company’s C-suite, I know what it takes to grow from within. I have been a strong advocate and mentor for women in male-dominated industries. I enjoy mentoring people of all backgrounds and aspire to help them build confidence and thrive.

Beyond work, I am a wife and a proud mom of two teenagers. I believe in lifelong learning, and I’ve learned to laugh at my failures and naive attempts— no pain, no gain. I respect people who are honest, humble, and brave. I recharge through music, dance, sports, the outdoors, and fun.
