I am business advisor, psychologist, certified life and business coach ICC and business trainer with over 16 years of experience in international corporations (Shell, MediaMarkt, Sodexo). I performed various HR roles, including talent management, HR strategy building, recruitment and EB, talent and leadership development.
I was a member of managing team for the Retail and B2B businesses in the EMEA region, the HR Director for Poland, HRBP for the CEE region.
In my daily work, I primarily supports leaders in authentic leadership, so that they achieve their business goals in a sustainable manner and create the right organizational culture.
I am passionate in empowering women, working on impostor syndrome and playing big skills. I have completed postgraduate studies in psychosomatics and Playing Big Tara Mohr certification to work with women on taking up challenges and authentic living.
