She operated at a senior management level for 10 years and as a line manager for 20 years, leading teams and delivering business targets in fast paced and challenging situations. So, she understands the commercial, leadership and personal challenges leaders face and her coaching approach is grounded in the business world.

Claire worked for 9 years in Prague, Czech Republic and 3 years in Malaysia. She now lives and works from a UK base.
