Claire’s focus is about helping clients operate at their best & find practical solutions to achieve and sustain their coaching goals. She works with both senior and next generation leaders. She is a mentor at Femme Palette.

She operated at a senior management level for 10 years and as a line manager for 20 years, leading teams and delivering business targets in fast paced and challenging situations. So, she understands the commercial, leadership and personal challenges leaders face and her coaching approach is grounded in the business world.

Claire worked for 9 years in Prague, Czech Republic and 3 years in Malaysia. She now lives and works from a UK base.

She is an experienced coach and can offer a blend of best practice, useful business and leadership models and practical experience, in her approach. She brings know – how in both the strategic and practical application of leadership, coaching, mentoring, performance management, negotiating, communication and influencing approaches. She helps clients deepen their awareness, broaden their thinking around both a situation and their options and facilitate tangible results for themselves, their team and business.
